2.3. Receipts: A receipt can be provided for any purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for exchanges, and warranty claims.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. Eligibility: Items cannot be returned, only exchanged for another item of equal value, or for a credit note - to be used in store only. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

3.2. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for exchange: sale items, perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

3.3. Process: To exchange an item, please visit our store with the item and receipt. The credit must be used in store within 6 months.

4. Orders and Reservations

4.1. Placing Orders: Orders for certain items can be placed in-store or through our website. Full payment is required to confirm an order.

4.2. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will apply.

4.3. Reservations: Items can be reserved for a maximum of 7 days. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the item value is required for reservations.

5. Gift Cards

5.1. Purchase: Gift cards can be purchased in-store in denominations of £10, £20, £50, and £100.

5.2. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please bring your order number and receipt email with you, if purchased online.

5.3. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

6.1. Product Liability: Country Chic is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of products purchased from our store. Customers are advised to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.

6.2. Store Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe shopping environment, Country Chic is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur within the store premises.
